Why did you feel Syncbox was the right choice for you?

We felt Syncbox was the right choice for us as the product gives a professional finish to our installations and hide tv cables.

What was the main issues with your previous installations without Syncbox?

The main issues before using Syncbox was that we always struggled with television brackets being in the way of the mains power plug and AV connections. We also had issues with the associated cabling behind the television, this would cause the unit to push away from the wall and look unsightly. Like all installers who don’t use Syncbox, we had to purposely “bulk” the screen off of the wall to allow for the cabling behind, we thought this was always unprofessional and defeated the reason for TV  being so slim.

How easy was Syncbox to install in comparison to the previous option?

Syncbox is very easy to install, there is only one box to install in comparison to two like before which saves us a lot of time and makes for a far neater solution to high level TV points. With all the cable entries labelled no guess work is required.

What reaction did you receive from your client?

We had a great reaction from our client. As our first install of Syncbox was for a property developer and most of the properties had high level television locations, Syncbox was the right choice to hide tv cables. The product made for a neat and tidy installation even though the properties did not have televisions installed straight away.

Most useful feature of Syncbox?

The most useful feature of Syncbox is how versatile the product is. There are now so many options for modules and connections making a solution for any scenario.
