Why did you feel Syncbox was the right choice for you?
It was the only product we felt could give us the solution we were looking for because of its Recessed Socket. It allowed for function of the electrical side and a quality visual aspect.
What were the main issues with your previous installations without Syncbox?
Protruding plug tops and messy cable entries was always an issue for us. When it came to ensuring the overall quality of finish on out A/V installations. But Syncbox, with its recessed socket saved us from facing this issue throughout this project.
How easy was Syncbox to install in comparison to the previous option?
Syncbox is an easy system to install. It came with instructions, a cutting template and a fixing pack. If you’ve fitted a back box before, the installing side isn’t that different at all. As long as you are aware of the deeper back box (78mm) when preparing your placement. As we say here in Scotland “it was a doddle”.
What reaction did you receive from your client?
My client was very clear from the beginning. Only Syncbox with its recessed socket could provide the quality of finish that he was looking for to match the rest of the build. The overall feel of quality in an installation and build is down to the last switch, recessed socket and even backbox.
Most useful feature of Syncbox?
The most useful feature in my opinion is the ability to combine power, AV and data points into a single, functional and beautiful housing. There isn’t any other solution for us when it comes to clean and tidy installations other than Syncbox. The items that come with the Syncbox almost hold your hand installing wise. With all the help it gives the user with the template, fixing pack and instructions as well as the Syncbox installation video on the website.
